Pre-2018 Caesarstone units were manufactured under the StoneCraft Window Systems name, and while the frame profiles look similar, the hardware spacing differs by 3/8 inch. We’ve seen homeowners in the Casta del Sol area order CS-100 balances for StoneCraft frames and end up with a part that almost fits but stresses the sash cord. Our approach: we measure the existing balance shoe, check the pivot bar width, and cross-reference against the factory spec sheet before ordering. For most Mission Viejo homes built between 2015 and 2022, the OEM part is still available direct from Caesarstone’s West Coast distribution center in Ontario, California.
